5.0 out of 5 stars Hardcore Superstar goes glam,
Since discovering Hardcore Superstar last year, I've been buying the Swedish band's previous albums. My latest acquisition is 2003's No Regrets.
So far I've heard Bad Sneakers and a Pina Colada and Thank you, and from what I can tell No Regrets seems like a departure from the true Hardcore Superstar sound. The band has perfected the uniquely Swedish brand of polished, melodic sleaze rock, but on No Regrets they seem to be experimenting with a more glam style. I don't mean glam like Poison or D'Molls either. I'm talking about 70's style Slade and T-Rex glam rock. It's a fun departure, and the band sounds great as usual.
