Disinter once again unleash a full frontal attack of classically inspired old school brutal death metal. It is really so great for the genre that bands like Disinter kick major ass.
Blunt and to the point, with high class musicianship and skills without the need for flashy showoff, Disinter show that all you need is great heavy, destructive songs and killer riffs to make the difference. This is just pure death metal in true fashion and like their peers Cianide, Master, Usurper, Nunslaughter, and Numskull, it has more to do with feeling and being true to yourself and to the music than any technical progression, genre blending, or left field ideas that don't fit. This is death metal from the pits of hell and it should stay that way. No one knows it better than Disinter, and As We Burn ranks as one of the top ten best death metal releases of 2004.
