Gary Moore had time for a couple cups of tea with Irish rockers Thin Lizzy in the mid 1970s before carving out a successful solo career in Europe as a rock guitar hero. This decade he's emphasizing his long-festering love for blues, first with Charisma's best-selling Still Got the Blues and then this equally pleasing album. While his singing has little depth or personality, his guitar plumbs slow blues like Duster Bennett's "Jumpin' at Shadows" with concern and caprioles effectively next to Albert Collins's in a busy arrangement of Little Milton's "The Blues Is Alright

Outstanding Musician and a great album. A must have if you enjoy the logical continuation of late sixties and 70, Blues Rock. Great tone, Great Soul and as always the right choice of notes.

Good, solid 80's-style hair metal. I guess the obvious comparisons would be stuff like early Warrant and also the Skyhigh album. I like this, and most the songs are pretty cool, with few killers that most 80's / early 90's albums of this style had. Good and very solid

Soon after being dropped, Skid sold his car to finance a third album. Lets Rumble was recorded in a few days and the band went on a 9 week US club tour. BMG picked up the album and released it in the UK, which was followed by a 3 week UK tour. However, the label didn't want to release the album in the US. The band sent the album to a number of labels, but with the rise of Grunge their style of rock was out of fashion and there was no interest.

Lady Conniver by Kid Ego is one of the best Sleaze/Glam songs I have ever heard. This song Kicks So Much Ass, I can't get enough of it. Kid Ego is from the UK and formed in 2004.

Rockbuster was the second double sampler album from CBS Records released in the UK in 1970. Its tracks are loosely grouped according to style:
Side One reflects the jazz-rock idiom,
Side Two more folk and singer/songwriter oriented;
Side Three is noticeably darker and experimental in tone, Side Four has its roots in the Blues

In a brightly coloured gatefold format, the sleeve is unusual in that it opens from top to bottom rather than left to right. Also instantly striking is the image of Arnold Schwarzenegger, then known, if only in limited circles, as a bodybuilder.
