MANNHAI is a Finnish stoner/heavy rock band from Helsinki, formed in the end of 1999 by bass player Olli-Pekka "Oppu" Laine and guitarist Ilkka "Ile" Laaksomaa.
Their music style is influenced by BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, MONSTER MAGNET, BLACK SABBATH.
Evil Under The Sun is the second studio album by them, released in 2002.

Founded in Bergen, Norway in 1992, the band refused to jump on the churchburning/Blackmetal bandwagon emerging at the time. More focused on making music, they embarked on a quest to find PURE HEAVY METAL.

Take Judas Priest's choruses, Iron Maiden's guitars, Motorhead's punkish attitude, Black Sabbath's heaviness, Entombeds rock'n'roll and influences from both latterday pioneers like Faith No More, Fear Factory, The Wildhearts and the classic crooners. This migth or migth not be what we sound like to you, but this certainly is where we're coming from!

StonerRock: "Into the Outside has plenty of bluesy riffs and a good whiff of soul. On top of the stripped down Monster Magnet sound are a bevy of other influences – some Fu Manchu, Blue Cheer, The James Gang, for instance. It’s good company for Josiah to keep, and they manage to sound like they’re straight from the ‘70’s but without sounding dated."

Demon Cleaner was a Swedish stoner rock band formed in the late 90s as an instrumental trio by Kimmo Holappa, Martin Stangefelt and Daniel Lidén. They named the band after a Kyuss song. Daniel Söderholm joined as singer soon after and after a few split singles with Dozer they recorded their first full length album, The Freeflight, which was released in 2000.

....Ein wahrer Stoner- & Rocktempel in dem ungläubige und jene die ihren Glauben verloren haben sollten, geläutert werden. Die Instrumentalpassagen auf dem Album werden immer länger und ausufernder, ohne dabei an Substanz & Energie zu verlieren, ich habe ohnehin das Gefühl das COLOUR HAZE auf diesem Werk psychedelischer denn je sind. Auf der einen Seite rocken sie, auf der anderen Seite malen sie mit Feedback & Fuzz surreale Soundbilder, die Rhythmus/Bass Sektion führt dich in vertrackte Labyrinthe, verliert dabei nie den Faden, ist stets am Rollen und auch der Fuzzgitarrensound ist hier besser denn je.

This is the debut album from the Swedish power trio and it is simply awesome.
