EXP Erbalizing X Project: Madre magma [promo tape]
There is something like a heavy rock explosion in Italy. One of these bands that had been spitting out by this heavy volcano are E.X.P. Groove-laden, heavy like a bulldozer and psychedelic like the early 70's, that are only a few words to describe their fuzz-driven Rock
==========================================
What is stoner! Black Sabbath, Kyuss and Fu Manchu main influences for EXP, who put heart and energy on three tracks definitely convincing. Nothing new under the sun (but the rest is the stoner genre as to be derived by definition), but some interesting ideas, some decompression of sound (a bit 'in the manner of Earthlings? For instance) make the least pleasant all ( "......" Kosmopojetic Elephant stands on all why). Low granite fuzz solos at will and "desert" intertwine and mingle in the overgroove EXP which are also produced in the good blues "Sabbath" of "Sex Beatific Night?" that showcases some creativity. Remaining in Italy, not yet at the Acajou, but the foundations are there.
BLIND DOG: Captain Dog Rides Again CD. Mix 70's Rock, 90's Stoner Rock + few Metal elements. CHECK samples!

5 out of 5 stars Stunning Psychedelic Rock
By Tom Chase (London)
To my pleasant shock, this album completely floored me. It was a similar feeling to that of my first Kyuss listen, the experience that got me obsessed and addicted to the stoner/psychedelic genre. Those pounding riffs, fuzzy and deep tones, laced in swirling and hypnotic guitar licks - it was a real listening experience, and one that really spoilt me for a long time, as hardly any other bands can re-create such genius. Well, Colour Haze's self-titled album has taken me back to that experience, and I can honestly say that this is the best stoner/psychedelic album I have listened to for a long, long time.
FILLER: Under World overlord CD Brisbane Australia stoner-rock + metal w. a strong melodic sense. Check samples!
FILLER: UnderWorld overlord CD £4 Filler Brisbane-born band who combined elements of stoner-rock and metal with a strong melodic sense. They were a part of the same scene that also birthed such bands as Giants of Science, and Rollerball (AVAILABLE HERE AT THE YPERANO MAILORDER)and their 2 ground breaking EP’s still hold a strong cult following.
'The Red Light Epidemic' (AVAILABLE HERE AT THE YPERANO MAILORDER)was the debut release from Filler and was received with glowing reviews and national (Australian) airplay on TripleJ for track 1 'Amyable'. Then, following the geographically isolated success of The Red Light Epidemic, Filler recorded the follow-up EP 'Underworld Overlord' which also enjoyed fantastic press and consistent national radio attention on the back of the hot single 'Goldstar'. While keeping in touch with their heavy rhythms Underworld Overlord moves more straight ahead than its predecessor.

FORTE: Tripping in the Vast Exterior [7 song CD] Australian Import. A la Kyuss, Check VIDEO!!!!
The band formed in 2000 as a result of band members' mutual admiration of the 90's stoner rock band Kyuss, so the band had a strong Kyuss influence from the start. They recorded a bunch of dirty, loud tunes which were released on the now discontinued EP, Tripping In The Vast Exterior
Check out the video of the opening song Momentum. This video doesn't have the best audio quality but should give you an idea about the band's sound.
