Probot was a heavy metal side project of ex-Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters rhythm guitarist and lead-singer Dave Grohl. An album was recorded out of the material and released in February 2004. It featured one single entitled "Centuries of Sin/The Emerald Law".

Notre Dame was a Swedish metal band formed in 1997. Members included Snowy Shaw and Vampirella (vocals) and Jean-Pierre de Sade (guitar and bass) and Mannequin de Sade (drums) two brothers who claimed to be descendants of legendary revolutionary writer Marquis de Sade. The band mixed black metal with elements of electro, horror, gothic and orchestral themes.
In an interview, Snowy stated, that he performed drums on Notre Dame albums and Mannequin de Sade was actually only a made-up character.

Memento Mori was a Swedish doom metal band with power metal influences. The band was founded by Messiah Marcolin and Mike Wead in 1992 after Messiah left Candlemass. After two albums, however, Messiah left the band; the third album was sung by a different singer. For the fourth album, Messiah returned. After that album, the band broke up. All albums were released by Black Mark.

Danish hard rockers Fate was formed back in 1985 by Hank Sherman (Mercyful Fate), Peter Steincke, Bjarne Holm (Mercyful Fate) and Jeff Limbo. They released their self-titled debut album in 1985 with great success; the second album “A Matter of Attitude” released in 1986 was also a superb piece of hard rock.

BRATS, MERCYFUL FATE, FATE guitarist (His first ever recording was in 1978 with the band called Brats. Michael Denner then joined the band and they released an album in 1980. Soon after the band broke up, MERCYFUL FATE came to surface in early 1981 , when singer King Diamond joined the band..starting a new breed in heavy metal music. Shermann started to compose MF's music , which later became classic songs for the band.
