This was the band started by the lead singer of Persian Risk.

Persian Risk were a heavy metal band from the New Wave of British Heavy Metal era formed in 1979 and hailing from Cardiff, Wales. The brainchild of guitarist Phil Campbell, he recruited vocalist Jon Deverill, second guitarist Dave Bell, bass player Nick Hughes, and drummer Razz. The group was active until 1986.

PERSIAN RISK Ridin' High (1983 UK Neat 7" b/w Hurt You, picture sleeve NEAT24)

Persian Risk formed in 1979 in England by Phil Campbell who has played in Motorhead and Lemmy now for over two decades. Dudes a total hero.
The band made headway by contributing the aforementioned Calling For You to the "Heavy Metal Heroes Vol.2" compilation (Heavy Metal Records, 1982) and also the Ridin' High b/w Hurt You 7" single through Neat, which earned Risk their strongest reviews yet. Lovely back cover photo the way the band looks wearing spikes and leather... cool in a 1983 sorta way. For the die hard early Iron Maiden fan this is not all that far off. The guitar playing is great. Campbell plays and chugs away exactly the way one would want one to in the early metal days with his killer hook riffs, and a solo on "hurt you" that reminds me of some fast Eddie Clark noodles. No wonder Lemmy chose Phil for the Motorhead sound! The main riff in "hurt you" also has a Riot Influence. Cool nwobhm stuff that most metal heads rifle right past when taking the headbanging journey into heaviness.

Southampton based melodic rock band that featured ex-IDOL RICH vocalist Mark Thompson-Smith and identical twins Mark and Steve Owers on guitar and bass before they departed to form TOUCHE then LIONSHEART. Andy Nye is an ex-MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP veteran. The AFTER HOURS debut album 'Take Off', which included a cover version of the ROLLING STONES 'Paint It Black', was produced by the esteemed Robin Black. Drummer Alan Jackman, previously with THE OUTFIELD, joined a later line up in 1989. Walls was to depart in favour of Dave Marshall the same year. Francis joined BLACKCAT, actually an incarnation of Birmingham AOR act SHY, for a brief period. Thompson-Smith joined FLIGHT 19 and PRAYING MANTIS, conducting a tour of Japan with the latter.
