RAW SILK: Silk Under The Skin CD without any doubt, the best AOR / Melodic Hard Rock album ever from Hellas (Greece)
Thats why ''greeks do it better''guys. Great AOR/MELODIC HARD-ROCK,really high standards here Bon Jovi, Skagarack, like.. but they have their own style
Absolutely incredible, excellent album! I love every song of this album, EVERY! The Keyboard parts are surprising (especially love "Street girl")
very nice album...plenty of keys to satisfy us ..."Second Advent" & "Irene" are catchy tracks that you'll love surely,"Journey Of No Return" is a goodie too...the best ones IMO are "Street Girl" & "Just Like A Dream"...this is a first class Greek band ...93/100
These guys are the bomb! They really kick ass. I sometimes sing "Heroes Don't Cry" on top of the table at the Pier View sea food bar when I get shitfaced. I tell ya, it makes people weep!

"supergroup" project. of course the musicianship is excellent. Has a Kix like sound to it and if you like David's singing and Earl's playing then by all means pick this up.
----------------------------------------------------------
Earl Slick- bustin at the seams and look out, because he's packin a double-barreled, sound for sore ear attack on your sweet innocent conscience!!! Best known for his guitar work with "David Bowie" and "John Lennon", Earl put together his own formidable lineup of players, "Ex-Guiffria" vocalist "David Glen Eisly", former "Autograph" drummer "Keni Richards" and new comer "F. Kirk Alley" on bass, who holds his own in heavy company. In shorts, this kicks!!!
--------------------------------------------------------
Enriched in pure heart felt melodies, stressing rhythm and hot blooded vocals. You have the chilling drama of "Hard Times". "Let's Spend Momma's Money" says it all!!! True rock'n'roll...and let's not forget "Back in the night".

Jimmy BARNES: Freight Train LP [The legendary singer's best album] PROMO LP Check videos
Freight Train Heart is an album by Australian rock singer Jimmy Barnes, released in late 1987 in Australia by Mushroom Records and in early 1988 in the US by Geffen. It spent 5 weeks at the top of the Australian Album charts in Dec 1987 / Jan 1988. Most of the tracks were written by Barnes and producer Jonathan Cain, however "Waitin' for the Heartache" was co-written by Barnes and Desmond Child and "Walk On" was co-written by Child and ex-Rainbow vocalist Joe Lynn Turner. Two songs were also written with Jim Vallance. According to Vallance, Cain also contributed "later", most likely during the recording process. "Seven Days" was a Ron Wood track originally written for him by Bob Dylan. This was the last song recorded for the album, and features INXS drummer Jon Farriss, bassist Chris Bailey and Rick Brewster from The Angels. Brewster, Johnny Diesel, Peter Kekell and The Angels' Jim Hilbun were all hired after Barnes returned with the uncompleted master tapes from the initial recording sessions at the Power Station in New York, where he had fought for creative control with both Cain and Geffen Records.

Craig Goldy's Ritual - Hidden in plain sight
Grand Slamm / MUSIC FOR NATIONS 1991
a great Goldy/Eisley collaboration
The first solo album by former (and future) Dio guitarist Craig Goldy. Working under the name Craig Goldy's Ritual, the album features two vocalists. Mike Stone provides vocals for about half of the tracks, while Goldy's ex-Giuffria colleague David Glen Eisley sings on the other half. Eisley has such a powerful voice it's no surprise that his tracks far outshine Stone's.
The music on Hidden in Plain Sight is not as "metal" as Goldy's Dio work, instead coming across as more of a straightforward hard rock (perhaps hair metal) approach very similar to Giuffria and House of Lords. It's the kind of memorable melodic hard rock that the early 90's were so well known for. Goldy does get a chance to strut his stuff a bit, especially on the instrumental title track and Rain Fall.
