Lost at Last: The worlds greatest Heavy Metal band!
Founded in Bergen, Norway in 1992, the band refused to jump on the churchburning/Blackmetal bandwagon emerging at the time. More focused on making music, they embarked on a quest to find PURE HEAVY METAL.

Take Judas Priest's choruses, Iron Maiden's guitars, Motorhead's punkish attitude, Black Sabbath's heaviness, Entombeds rock'n'roll and influences from both latterday pioneers like Faith No More, Fear Factory, The Wildhearts and the classic crooners. This migth or migth not be what we sound like to you, but this certainly is where we're coming from!

The music Electro Baby delivers is a bit of everything... you can find influences of bands like C.O.C., Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Unida, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, FAITH NO MORE, White Zombie, KYUSS, ORANGE GOBLIN, but don΄t be afraid the guys mix that all in one unique style and it sounds pretty cool.

On "Electro Baby Land" offer the guys mostly stoner rock. The opener "Roll Over" and "Smoke the sun" still resound in the best promising KYUSS / ORANGE GOBLIN -style out of the box. The sound is a bit dusty but fits really well for a self-production. "Dark Side Of My Love" and "Rock Show" get a real touch of rock `n` roll. "Rock` n `Roll ör the" thoughts come to RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, or FAITH NO MORE on. "Creatures of the Night" and "Censored" almost pure death metal, are SIX FEET UNDER have approved. The remaining tracks are from back in the desert and KYUSS.

Brilliant... took 'crossover' metal to another level,
Dub War, in my opinion, were Britain's finest, most innovative and groundbreaking crossover metal exponents (see also contemporaries Senser, Pitchshifter, Asian Dub Foundation). From Newport, South Wales they blended dub, reggae, soul, punk, thrash metal, and beats. You name it, they had it. Their sound is not the shambles that one may expect from the fusion of such eclectic and extreme styles. Contemporary crossover metal amounts to no more than skate metal: crunching guitars and awkward rapping in bandanas and baggy shorts. It beggars belief that fusing different music styles can sound so sterile, one-dimensional and formulaic. But through a plethora of singles, EPs, and compilation album slots Dub War were able to hone their exciting style and socially and environmentally aware message
