5.0 out of 5 stars 1991 was a good year,
This album came out just short of the Grunge assult. There were so many bands that got "juked" as a result of the Kurt Cobain era! These guy's had a very cool sound mixed with a funky hard drivin' Lenny Kravitz type vocal and decent guitar riffs. I guess the album just came out at the wrong time. Give this album a listen, these songs still hold up today!
Lord, how I miss 1991...........

As another band had the rights to the name Generator, the band was later renamed as 'Fashion Brain' and released a sampler through Eon Records. Epic heard this and signed them and the name changed to Slowrush.
'Pain' was originally to appear on Dan Reed Network album number 4. It was played live by DRN a few times. Dan Reed recorded a version of the song - this is one of 2 songs that Dan provided to the Red Shoe Diaries episode 'Safe Sex'.
'Weight', the closing song, is actually 12 minutes 20 seconds long - after a minute or so of silence, the song kicks back in at a faster and rockier tempo

HUNTED: Crawl CD Self released ULTRA RARE Very highly acclaimed Hard Rock with melody, passion, energy. Diamond Head, Rainbow
HUNTED: Crawl [ Very highly acclaimed Hard Rock (and not just that) band with melody, passion and energy.10/10 in Hard Roxx magazine. Hunted hail from Bristol, England and were winners of BBC Radio 1's Rock Wars in June '93, which earned them a Radio 1 session. This album features songs written and recorded in various sessions between '93 and '95. The band put this outthemselves in 95. Hunted is a good, almost old fashioned, British rock band. The band has obviously used this self-financed album to display the fact that they are fairly adept at a number of musical styles. In fact, they remind us of a time when a band was a rock band and you didn't immediately try to pigeonhole them. Strangers, Judgement, Swing Of The Pendulum, Take Me Back, Wish U Wuz Dead, Tattoo are all best decribed as hard rock. Zachary Jazz is a short jazzy vocal number in the same vein as Slaughter finished off their first album. Richman Jnr is a brief instrumental. LFK and EL Salvador feature some samples.Judgement sounds similar to Kiss Of The Gypsy. Swing Of The Pendulum starts of with a big Rainbow style Arabic flavour guitar intro, before continuing the Arabic flavour in a Diamond Head sounding rocker.
