Colour Haze

The Zippo is an Italian band that formed in 2004. The band's sound is a very heavy stoner rock, although not very dirty, 'obscure', experimental, with enough psychedelia and progressive elements.

Ode to Maximum is the first album, released independently in 2006, and is just too good! Recommended for those who like Orange Goblin, Colour Haze, and obviously Kyuss.

Well, Ugh! is back with their third full length CD. The basic hard to describe sound is intact, but many of the songs are a bit more melodic in some way and a few tracks a bit psychedelic. I still find this band very hard to describe after many listens. I think if you were a fan of their previous two records you will probably dig this one as well. Special music by a special band. This is pretty hard rocking stoner style rock but a bit noisier and in your face at times with strange and unusual rhythms... a stoner nomeansno or sorts. I find it hard to describe, so that is a good thing.
