With their second attack on America's most cherished traditions, The Punkles bring The Ramones' "fill every space with sound" guitar approach and doo-doo-chi-doo drumbeat to 3 With The Beatles tracks, 2 each from Help!, Rubber Soul and Revolver, and 1 each from Please Please Me, A Hard Day's Night and For Sale, plus 3 singles and even a solo John Lennon hit. No other Punkles album features such a wide range of source material! And for this reason, I award Punk! the coveted Mark(R) Prindle(TM) Award for Best Album By Band (Category: Punkles). Also, secondarily and of little importance, it's good.

Ruin Jonny's Bar Mitzvah is a live album by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, released on October 19, 2004 on Fat Wreck Chords.
It was recorded live at an actual bar mitzvah party, and its runtime lasts their entire performance, including a break in which little can be heard other than the sounds of party guests wandering around and chatting amongst themselves. Jonny Wixen, the Bar Mitzvah boy, plays drums on one of the hidden tracks that are on the final track. The CD comes with footage of the bar mitzvah.

LONDON UNDERGROUND are a trio from Italy led by the drummer/vocalist Daniele Caputo who is also known for his work with one of best modern prog bands about STANDARTE. Borrowing influences from The BEATLES, PINK FLOYD, HAWKWIND, KIN PING MEH, BIRTH CONTROL and ATOMIC ROOSTER, the LONDON UNDERGROUND have recorded here first great of a debut album.
This short playing album is very experimental and yet it is still very enjoyable and accessible to listen to. There are some simply killer instrumental aspects on this album with heavy organ/mellotron drenched passages... everything a prog head would love. LONDON UNDERGROUND play a British styled 60's & 70's influenced pop-rock with lots of vintage keyboards such as Hammond, organ, Moog, clavinet and Mellotron. Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars Certainly the most overlooked band,
One of the best albums of that fabulous Swiss band. Certainly the best band in the 'techno-thrash' genre. The drumming is not really revolutionary, neither are the bass-lines. However this is relatively 'progressive stuff' with incredibly heavy riffs and melodic solos.

CHRYSALIS RECORDS 1990 U.K.
One of the more obscure Pop Metal bands of the early 90’s is New York’s Trouble Tribe.
This band features singer Jimmy Driscoll , Adam Wacht on lead guitar, Eric Klaastad on bass, and Stephen Durrell on drums.
The band had a semi-hit on MTV with Here Comes Trouble.
It is a fairly decent pop metal disc by one of the lesser known bands of the hair metal era. This record has a few solid cuts including Tattoo, Here Comes Trouble, and the solid power ballad, In The End. The band also covered the Beatles’ Dear Prudence.
This vinyl is becoming more rare by the day. It is a nice little glam metal gem that is worth seeking out.

Just about every metal band in the 80's did a cover of this song, but this one outshines them all. THIS is Japan's finest export - ever. Every one of these guys are not just talented, but truly gifted musicians. I know in England we absolutely loved them! We were just totally blown away.
