After ascendancy i bought ember to inferno and was blown away it is a metal masterpiece.Ascendany is briallint but theres not one bad track on it,but this is perfection.It has the brillant solos and double guitar riffs of ascendancy but lots more of the epic riffs like in light to the flies (from ascendany).It is faster is well ,key tracks are pillars of serpent great brual metal then my favourite track fugue (a revalation) which has the best riff of any trivium song.all songs are excellent though and you can here metallica influences in the guitar work as well this is the way metal should go , trivium are a breth of fresh air to a becoming cliched scene BUY IT YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED

Twice is a young Metal Parisian band. They have received great reviews in all the mags (for example Metal Hammer UK gave them 9/10), radio stations, zines thanks to killer songs like "Sign of Life", "Follow Her (If You Love Her)", "Hanged Man", "I Hate Myself", "My Head On The Wall". They sound like a Deftones, Korn, Fear Factory crossbreed. The album is filled with furious guitars, funky bass, and growling vocals and includes the three tracks that appeared on the bands Foretaste E.P.; “Hanged Man,” “I Hate Myself,” and “My Head on the Wall.” Booga’s vocals are somewhat along the styles of Korn’s Jonathon Davis, but more intense in the vocal attack of growls. Two favorites on this album include “Without Love” and "Depends.” “Depends” has also been featured on a couple of compilation albums as well.

This is brutal. The third album from the East Coast's Vision of Disorder doesn't let up on the anger or relentless riffing for one second, as the musicians thrash and groan their way through the turbocharged likes of "Living to Die" and "Sunshine," sounding like a demented cross between Slayer and Marilyn Manson. The front cover of this album alone is enough for most of you to decide if this album is worth investigating or not as its disgusting photograph automatically tells you that this is going to be a brutal grinding affair. "Filth" is the second release from these American Grindsters who have a reputation for writing some of the most disgustingly sick and perverse lyrics and fitting them perfectly with their music and album artwork yet I for one feel that the production lacks a little sludge that would make the whole feel of the songs more ugly and extreme.

Hardcore with a very brutal sounding female vocalist. Strongly influenced by the likes of Congress with some fast Nuclear Assault style riffing in places this is heavy and brutal with a female vocalist to beat the men into submission! Forget Earth Crisis, for intense vocals this is truly impressive

the first cd from these metalcore monsters. 7 tracks that cover some old skool hardcore and mix it with the best bits of slayer. the production on this cd isnt as good as their later albums but i think this may have been a demo to start with that got remastered and released but im not sure but it is still an amazing cd. fans of slayer, xcanaanx, arkangel, ringworm, bird of ill omen and killswitch engage would deffinatly appreciate this.

'Force The Pace' is a hell of a masterpiece. Massive killer riffs, amazing vocals, technical bass & drums attack! This is what we consider the future of extreme metal! An unstoppable Death-Thrash assault, a winning sense of melody combined with a modern songwriting and an ultra-blasting production that will blow your head away!

“Lost as One” they recorded 9 songs. The songs became more accessible but remained heavy doom as always! In December 2002 the CD was released in own control by Whispering Gallery. The reactions on all albums but especially this one were very good. International critics, mostly webzines, were very excited about the quality of this album.

very good compositions, perfect riffs, guitar solos and some acoustic passages. The clean vocals and the deep grunts are excellent. This is a perfect combination of melancholy and tragedy. Recommended!
