Reckless is the fourth studio album by the Canadian rock artist Bryan Adams. Released on October 29, 1984 through A&M Records, the album was a huge commercial success, selling over 5 million units in the United States alone. The album peaked at number 1 on the Billboard 200 and reached high positions in charts worldwide.[1] It was recorded at Little Mountain Sound Studios, Vancouver, Canada.
Six singles were released from the album: "Run to You," "Somebody," "Heaven," "Summer of '69," "One Night Love Affair," and "It's Only Love." All six singles made the top 15 on the US Billboard Hot 100, a feat that at the time had been accomplished previously only by Michael Jackson's "Thriller."

Ever wondered what happened to the Songs? You know the ones that just wouldn't let you go after listening to a record or seeing a good show? The ones that actually felt like being written from the heart? No worries. As far as Finnish powerpoprockers The Phantom Tones
The Phantom Tones flirts with guitar rock and punk with a good sense of pop sensibility. The band has enough songwriting skills for three your-average-popsters to share, and after four years of work the whole is beginning to look pretty seamless. The Phantoms have their target locked: they're here to play rock'n'roll with big guitars and catchy hooks for you to bite. So here's the declaration: Pop with buzzing guitars is what you really need.
DAN REED NETWORK: The heat [tape] funk rock/ hard rock. Incl. Pink Floyd cover. Check video!
The Dan Reed Network's third album, The Heat (1991), was their biggest success in the UK, but their American record label still hadn't figured out how to promote the band. The band soldiered on without tour support from Mercury/Polygram, including a stint supporting the Baby Animals in Australia, and what would be their final tour through Europe and the U.K. in the summer of 1993.

SURGICAL DISSECTION: The Inborn Malignance CD. Cannibal Corpse, Autopsy, Suffocation HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
SURGICAL DISSECTION: The Inborn Malignance [With a name like Surgical Dissection, you pretty much know what you are in for: brutal death metal ala early Cannibal Corpse, Autopsy and very much in the Suffocation vein. The Inborn Malignance cd is quite appealing with its gutwrenching approach and overall chaotic sound. The vocals are deep and muffled, broken up by the occasional piercing shriek. Picture if former Kataklysm vocalist, Sylvian Houde, didn't employ such a shizophrenic vocal delivery. The riffing is relentless, the songs are short and intense. It is the drive behind this music that makes it so damn likeable. What is the surefire way for a band treading familiar musical paths to still sound vital and refreshing? Enthusiasm!
